1. Pricing
- Product prices are listed on our website and include VAT.
- Delivery charges are extra.
- If VAT changes before dispatch and you haven’t paid in full, the new rate applies.
- We charge you when your order is dispatched.
- If payment is late, we may charge interest at 2% above Bank of England’s base rate.
2. Product Info
- We’re not the manufacturer unless stated.
- Product colours may vary slightly from screen to actual item.
- We may change products to meet legal requirements or improve function without affecting use.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders placed before 4pm GMT are usually processed the same day (weekdays).
- Orders after 4pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery options and prices are listed on our website.
4. Delays & Non-Performance
- If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we’ll inform you.
- If delays are significant, you may cancel and receive a refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us at info@butbunnies.co.uk or use the form in the Returns Policy.
- Return items within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered).
- If item hasn’t been sent, we refund within 14 days.
- If sent, refund is made after return is received or proof of return.
- Refunds may be reduced if the item is used or damaged.
6. Returns
- You have 14 days after delivery to report any issues.

- Explain the issue and send photos/videos if possible.
- If faulty, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
7. Warranty
- Faulty items within 12 months (excluding misuse/wear & tear) will be repaired or replaced.
- Follow our returns process to claim warranty.
8. Your Legal Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- 0–30 days: refund for faulty goods.
- Up to 6 months: refund if not repairable/replaced.
- Up to 6 years: partial refund if the product doesn’t last reasonably.
9. Product Use
- Products are for home/home-office use unless otherwise agreed.
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions to keep your warranty.
10. Customs (For International Orders)
- You may be charged duties/taxes on delivery outside the UK.
- These are your responsibility.
- Customs can open and inspect packages.
11. Ending the Contract
- We may cancel the contract if you don’t accept delivery.
12. Liability
- We’re not responsible for:
- Unforeseeable losses
- Delays due to uncontrollable events
- Losses from misuse or ignoring instructions
- Business-related losses
- We’re always responsible for fraud, death, or injury caused by our negligence.
13. Children
- We don’t sell to under-18s without parent/guardian involvement.
14. Data Protection
- We handle your personal info as explained in our Privacy Notice (on our website).
15. Complaints & Disputes

16. Other Terms
- We can transfer our contract to another company.
- Only you and we can enforce this contract.
- If part of this contract is invalid, the rest remains in force.
